The Board of Directors, Management and Staff of Megabyte Limited, would like to extend Seasons Greetings to you. We wish a serene and joyous Christmas together with a prosperous new year for you and your families.
As is customary for this time of year our offices, stores and workshop will be closed from Thursday 23rd December 2010 until the Friday 31st December 2010, both days inclusive. Therefore, no routine repairs or deliveries of products, spare parts and consumables will be handled during this period. All business activities will resume when our offices will be re-open on Monday 3rd January 2011.
During this official shutdown period, we shall still maintain an essential help line. Therefore, customers who are entitled to access our standard support services as part of a valid Service Level Agreement or other contractual arrangements can continue to log issues on the Megabyte Issue Reporting System (MIRS) and these will be attended to within a reasonable time.
In the event that our services are needed for emergency repairs or serious problems that are causing system malfunction or downtime, please report these first on MIRS and immediately after, to the usual contact within Megabyte, on his/her respective mobile phone.
