The Microsoft Enterprise Solution's Business Unit (MES) within Megabyte Limited has organised a half day workshop to increase awareness of Microsoft Dynamics applications which are a must for any company who wants a competitive edge in today's dynamic market.
Ms. Maria Magro, the Business Unit's manager, also introduced the latest addition to the existing portfolio, the Microsoft Dynamics CRM - a Customer Relationship Management tool which is affordable, easy to use, and which makes use of the clients' existing hardware and software infrastructure.
The participants were also given a detailed overview of the Microsoft Dynamics RMS - a complete retail management solution which has been integrated with an e-Commerce shop (Megabyte WebRMS) developed entirely by Megabyte's team of software developers.
Mr. Matthew Cuomo, Retail Operations Manager at farsonsdirect.com, gave his insights to those present during the workshop, highlighting the benefits reaped by farsonsdirect.com after implementing Microsoft Dynamics RMS with Megabyte WebRMS at their retail outlet in Mriehel.
The workshop was held at the Megabyte premises in Mosta on Wednesday 23 September 2009.
