As is customary for this time of year our offices, stores and workshop will be closed from Tuesday 22nd December 2009 until the Sunday 3rd January 2010, both days inclusive. Therefore, no routine repairs or deliveries of products, spare parts and consumables will be handled during this period.  All business activities will resume when our offices re-open on Monday 4th January 2010.

During this official shutdown period, we shall still maintain an essential help line. Therefore, customers who are entitled to access our standard support services as part of a valid Service Level Agreement or other contractual arrangements, can continue to log issues on the Megabyte Issue Reporting System (MIRS) and these will be attended to within a reasonable time.

In case that our services are needed for emergency repairs or serious problems that are causing system malfunction or downtime, these are to be reported first on MIRS and immediately after, to the usual contact within Megabyte, on his/her respective mobile phone. In case of multiple urgent cases, those emergency calls from customers who have a valid Service Level Agreement will be given preference. All support services rendered under emergency conditions are subject to a minimum charge.
