Project planning is an integral part of our projects. As a first step a project plan is discussed with the customer to make sure that resources from our end and from the customer and available and that execution of the project will not impact the live environment. Milestones are set and explained to the customer. During execution of the project regular meetings are held in order to solve any issues and make sure that the project is on plan.
