Overview

The HP ProLiant ML110 G2 Storage Server offers an entry-level, tower form factor, Networked Attached Storage (NAS) solution that delivers quick-to-install, simple-to-manage networked storage with multi-protocol file sharing and Microsoft Exchange data repository for small or branch office locations. The Windows Storage Server 2003 NAS operating system is pre-installed and optimised for the ML110 G2 Storage Server and includes HP-specific management tools. The hardware is also pre-configured and optimised allowing the ML110 G2 Storage Server to be up and running in minutes. It includes hardware RAID for greater performance and availability. In a small or branch office, the ML110 G2 Storage Server can serve as the file storage device hosting local user files and Microsoft Exchange database and log files. The ML110 G2 Storage Server (640GB and 1TB models) can also be used as a print server. The ML110 G2 Storage Server offers customers restore functionality via DVD and dual-OS partitions.

Series 100 Lights-Out option: Provides entry level remote management capabilities for the ML110 G2 Storage Servers. HP Lights-Out 100 allows customers or their service providers to remotely manage a ML110 G2 Storage Server over a LAN or the Internet.

Ready to deploy: The hardware is pre-configured and the operating system is pre-installed from the factory allowing you to deploy the system in minutes
