We are currently in search of ambitious and committed individuals with a keen eye for detail who take pride in delivering excellence, to join our passionate and dynamic team as a Systems Technician.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and implementation of system monitoring and maintenance
  • Installation and troubleshooting of Microsoft Operating Systems and related software, such as Microsoft Office
  • Installation and troubleshooting of other software solutions in line with client’s needs and requirements
  • Implementation, review, repair and maintenance of computer systems, computer -hardware and communications equipment
  • Preventive or remedial maintenance of equipment both on and off-site
  • Troubleshooting of entry-level networks up to edge switch

Requirements

  • A sound technical knowledge of current hardware and standards
  • Understanding of the importance of strong customer service orientation
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Operating Systems and basic networking
  • Manage incidents and service requests through a ticketing system
  • Have proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Be able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a timely manner
  • Have good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Be team-oriented and capable of working within a collaborative environment

Certifications in Microsoft and Cisco will be considered as an asset.

Training

Company will provide all the necessary training to acquire certification of our vendors’ products and keep abreast with the latest technologies in the market.
